2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected

3.1 Return due to change of mind
Ryvdoll will gladly accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received within 30 days of receipt of the item and the items are returned to us in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and must
organize their own expedition.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this is completed via email.

3.2 Returns under warranty
Ryvdoll will happily honor all valid warranty claims, provided that a claim is
submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.
Customers will need to pre-pay return shipping, but we will
reimburse you in the event of a successful warranty claim.
Upon receipt of the items for warranty claim, you can expect Ryvdoll
process your warranty request within 7 days.
Once the warranty request is confirmed, you will have the choice between:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

4. Delivery conditions
4.1 National transit times
Typically domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days

4.2 International transit times
Typically, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4-22 days. This
varies significantly depending on the carrier you select. We are able to offer
a more accurate estimate when you choose your courier at checkout.

4.3 Shipping time
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of order payment
